Private Estate

Gracewood Manor is a luxurious private estate used for corporate retreats. Gracewood is currently not booking new reservations.

The Main House is nearly 15,000 square feet and features eight bedrooms with en suite baths. A ninth bedroom and bath are available on the ground floor of the detached Studio building. There is a large training/meeting room downstairs, a fitness room with exercise equipment, and an indoor pool and spa.

The Rec Center has a two lane bowling alley on the main floor, a 3/4 bath (with shower), and an upstairs, indoor gymnasium suitable for basketball or volleyball.

The Studio is a piece of music history, fitted with instruments and recording equipment.

Corporate Retreats and Corporate Offsites

With nine private bedrooms (featuring 13 beds; one room has two queen beds, and one has two doubles and two upper-bunk twins), a training room, and lots of space, Gracewood Manor is the perfect location for a corporate offsite.
